About Trillium Enterprise Leadership

Trillium Enterprise Leadership helps executive teams move beyond functional silos and lead as one enterprise team. The work centers on building trust, aligning around shared priorities, and strengthening the relationships, behaviors, and mindset leaders need to operate with greater clarity, cohesion, and impact.

At its core, Trillium is grounded in two essentials: trust and an enterprise mindset. Trust creates the foundation for honest dialogue, healthy accountability, and faster, better decisions. An enterprise mindset shifts leaders from protecting individual functions to doing what is best for the whole business.

Founded by Amanda (Mandy) Robinson, Trillium is shaped by a nearly 30-year career in MedTech spanning commercial, marketing, R&D, quality, operations, and business transformation, including leadership at the most senior levels of the organization. That experience informs a practical, high-trust approach to helping leadership teams solve what matters most together.

Meet Mandy Robinson

Founder and CEO of Trillium Enterprise Leadership

I built Trillium Enterprise Leadership after nearly three decades leading across functions, businesses, and transformations inside complex MedTech organizations. Over the course of my career, I saw firsthand that the strongest teams do not happen by accident. They are built with intention, trust, and a shared commitment to something bigger than any one person or function.

My experience spans R&D, Quality and Regulatory, Marketing, Manufacturing, Commercial, and enterprise transformation, including senior leadership roles at Baxter Healthcare and Hollister Incorporated. Across those roles, I led enterprise-wide transformation, aligned cross-functional teams, and helped leaders move from functional ownership to shared ownership of the business.

That is the purpose behind Trillium. I help executive leaders strengthen trust, elevate team dynamics, and build the shared ownership required to lead the enterprise together. The result is better business leadership: faster decisions, clearer alignment, and stronger execution on the priorities that matter most.

The way I lead this work matters as much as the work itself. My approach is grounded in grace, integrity, curiosity, teamwork, and loyalty to the people and the purpose.  These values shape how I coach leaders, facilitate transformation, and build the trust that allows teams to do hard things well.

Trillium is more than a name.

It reflects how I lead and how I help teams lead together. The trillium wildflower is one of the first to emerge each spring in Wisconsin. It grows when the conditions are right, persists through snow and cold, and stands out with three distinct petals.

Those three petals represent the cornerstones of enterprise leadership:

  1. Bring out the best in each person

  2. Strengthen trust-filled teams

  3. Solve complex problems together

Trillium reflects growth, resilience, and the power of a team aligned around a shared future. That is the work at the heart of this practice.

What this work makes possible

  • Leadership teams that trust one another and operate with greater honesty and accountability

  • Stronger alignment across functions, priorities, and decisions

  • Less time managing friction and more time moving the business forward

  • Greater clarity, confidence, and collective impact at the top of the organization

Whether through enterprise leadership transformation, executive coaching, or speaking, this work helps leaders become more connected, more aligned, and more capable of leading the business as one team.
